American R&B singer Ray J (44) was arrested in Los Angeles after a disturbing incident was caught live on camera. The artist allegedly threatened his ex-wife Princess Love and their 7-year-old daughter with a gun during a heated argument that unfolded on a livestream.
According to reports from People and other U.S. outlets, the altercation happened on November 27 when Ray J and Princess Love began arguing at their home. In the broadcast, Ray J appeared visibly agitated and was heard calling it “the worst Thanksgiving ever.” He then allegedly grabbed a gun from the table and made threatening gestures while claiming someone was trying to take his children.

The situation escalated when Princess Love entered the frame holding their daughter and accused Ray J of pointing a gun at them. Although he denied the claim, tensions continued to rise, especially after a friend arrived and confronted him. Ray J was heard threatening the man, saying, “I’ll shoot you dead.” Police arrived on the scene shortly after and arrested Ray J on felony criminal threat charges. He was later released after posting $50,000 bail. His next court date is set for December 19.
Ray J rose to fame in the late ’90s with hits like “One Wish” and “Sexy Can I.” He also gained international attention in 2007 due to his relationship with Kim Kardashian.
